Exhibition Girls Staffing Agency 2015 year in review

As 2015 comes to a close it’s always great to review the year’s successes, our favourite shows and highlights and consider our plans for 2016. Exhibition Girls have gone from strength to strength this year – we opened the new UK office in October, expanded our London booking team and digitalised staff application, booking and client selection.

We also opened Exhibition Girls France and Exhibition Girls Denmark to add Paris, Cannes, Monaco and other European cities such as Zurich, Stockholm and Copenhagen to our exhibition staffing and hostess portfolio. Our work and coverage in Germany also grown including new cities such as Nurnberg and Friedrichshafen. We continue to grow the business in the Netherlands – with notable presence in Amsterdam and across Spain.

There have also been some great new shows this year we were pleased to have presence at such as TAB Expo 2015. It’s been an interesting year for us personally too getting to the shows, speaking with clients and seeing how the industry is diversifying and how staffing needs are changing.

One element we have noticed in 2015 is the growth in technology not just at new show launches but on stands with LED interactive screens, digitalisation of data capture – and we are receiving increasing requests for staff with IT knowledge and experience. This year IBC Amsterdam was a huge show for us, we also had good presence at Infosecurity, IP Expo, Cloud Expo Europe and we also supported Google on their Code the Road UK roadshow.

We expanded our conference division supplying event organisers with delegate hostesses in Zurich, Cannes and across London and also worked on very high profile bookings for Giorgio Armani at their european store launches.

We also worked with exhibitors and clients from other countries such as India, China, Turkey, Lebanon, Malta and the UAE in 2015. We are pleased to be growing and recruiting our language speaking hostess division to support exhibitors from these countries.

We look forward to continuing our expansion next year, continuing to supply the best exhibition staff in the industry and work with new suppliers, clients and exhibition girls.
