Host 2023 marks the 43rd edition of the HostMilano event. The food service and hospitality event will take place in Milano from the 13th to the 17th of October 2023. The event is organised by Rho Fiera Milano, which is also the organizing secretariat and official venue of the event. It is estimated that there will be over 180 000 visitors and over 2000 exhibitors when compared with the latest edition Host 2021, where there were a little over 2000 exhibitors from across the Globe. ILSA, Maxitrol and VAMA, which exhibited in 2021 will be present in the future edition as well, alongside other brands, hotel and F&B chains from the consumer and hospitality industry. The event venue will be open for visitors and exhibitors from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM. There will also be catering provided during the event. Another Host 2023 highlight is the hosting of the SMART Label – Host Innovation Award, as well as the return of Digital Talks, which is a series of seminars aimed at architects and experts in the sector.

We also only book local staff who are close to the venue to minimise transport issues and remain fully contactable throughout the event
• WHATS APP MESSAGING PRE-SHOW MESSAGING GROUP We create a WhatsApp messaging group with our clients, staff and booking teams to share pre-show information and entrance passes. We also check-in staff every morning via the group and the team share photos and clients can communicate with us throughout.
